Project Coordination Unit for the building of the Old Bridge in Mostar is an agency coordinating the project which acts within the Pilot cultural heritage project of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The seat of the Unit is in Mostar within the City Administration. The activity of the Unit is implementation of the expert and other assignments, and in particular:

• Coordination within the Pilot cultural heritage project of Bosnia and Herzegovina 

• Other assignment entrusted by the City Administration 

Working means for the functioning of the Unit are provided from the IDA credit as well as the funds administered by IDA.
Supervision over the work and supervision over the legality of the work of the Unit are provided by the City Administration of the City of Mostar.
