In accordance with the principles of the Interim statute
of City of Mostar regarding the rights and the obligation of decision-making with
a view to the interests and the needs of the citizens of Mostar and of its city
municipalities, at the session of the city administration on 1st December
1998 was made a
Decision
On
establishment of the Project Coordination Unit
for building of the Old Bridge in Mostar
Article
1.
With this Decision is established the Project
Coordination Unit for building of the
Old Bridge in Mostar (hereinafter referred to as Unit), is stipulated its
formal position, its seat, its activiry, its
capacity, management and the funding.
Article
2.
The unit has the capacity of a corporation.
The seat of the Unit is in Mostar within City
Administration.
Article
3.
The Activity of the Unit is the performance of the expert
and other assignments, and in particular:
Coordination within the pilot project related to the cultural
heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Other assignments which are entrusted to it by the City
Administration.
Article
4.
Means for the operation of the Unit are provided from the
IDA credit as well as from the funds administered by IDA.
Article
5.
The Unit is managed by the director and the deputy
director with consensus in making of all the decisions bearing mutual
signatures too.
Director and the deputy director have been appointed by
the Conclusion of the City Administration numbered 01-1768/98 upon the proposal
of the mayor and the deputy mayor.
Article
6.
The supervision over work and supervision over the
legality of the work of the Unit is implemented by the City Administration of
the City of Mostar.
Article
7.
This Decision enters into force on the day of its issue.
