This
invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice for this project that
appeared in Development Business No. 514 of 16.06.1999.
The Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina, City of Mostar has received credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Pilot Cultural Heritage Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for RFP No3.
The
Project Coordination Unit now invites expressions from eligible bidders for:
Rehabilitation
of the Halebija and Tara towers-Architect Assignment. The principal objectives
of the assignment are the preparation of specifications, and drawings and bills
of quantities and after the successful bidder has been appointed and contract
signed, to perform the supervision and quality control for the rehabilitation of
the towers and reconstruction of the buildings.
A
consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out the World
Bank, s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by
World Bank Borrowers, January 1997 (revised September 1997 and January
1999), and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in
the guidelines.

consultants may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents at the address below from 0900 to 1600 hours from Monday till Friday.
