  1. The Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina, City of Mostar, received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development towards the cost of Pilot Cultural Heritage Project and intends to applay part of the funds to cover eligible payments under Contract for "Buka" watermill structure reconstruction.

  2. The Project Coordination Unit, established by Borrower, City of Mostar, now invites sealed bids for "Buka" watermill structure reconstruction, according to technical description given in the bidding documents.

  3. Bidding documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at PCU, Adema Buæa 17, 88000 Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, for a nonrefundable fee of 150 KM for each set. Payment for bidding documents shell be on account no: 19960-603-5598 at ZPP in Mostar. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address.

  4. Bids shall be valid for a peirod of 90 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by security of 3 500 KM, and shall be delivered to PCU, Adema Buæa 17, 88000 Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on or before 18. September, 2000 at 2 p.m. local time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
