a crossroads and meeting point between Mostar's two halves.
This
area contains many of the city's administrative
buildings and some of its primary facilities.
Failure
to structure a viable central district based upon a coherent
re-organisation of its principal functions and re-modelling
of its urban spaces risks leaving the city a body without a head. |
