interventions will be permitted only after a project for the entire
ensemble has been approved.
This
type of intervention concerns fewer cases, namely building complexes
that, even though made up of a number of separate building units, form
a coherent and recognisable entity.
In
the plan, these complexes have not only been identified, but
compatible uses and applicable rehabilitation guidelines have also be
specified.
