Differentiated
criteria of intervention have been identified for individual buildings
and plots depending on their condition and state of integrity.
These
criteria, regarding reconstruction, partial reconstruction,
restoration, rehabilitation, concern the vast majority of the
structures in the Old Town.
Building
permits will be granted by the administration based on the owner's
compliance with the criteria and guidelines established by the plan.
Incentives
and other forms of support, such as rehabilitation grants,
low-interest loans, free technical advice, will be explored to
facilitate compliance.
