At
present, the areas which are most at risk are those included within
Zone A where individual buildings or groups of structures are being
rapidly modified due to private building activity.
In
this zone, the definition of a Plan is an immediate priority.
In
May of 2000 a special agreement was finalised with
the City Mayor to proceed with the preparation of a detailed plan
for this zone to be officially approved by the end of the year.
Interventions and proposals are tailored to:
- Individual
buildings
- Groups
of buildings in need of coordinated planning
- Public
areas and open spaces
